White Mutton Karahi / White Mutton Recipe, How to Make Mutton White Karahi, this recipe shows how to make white mutton karahi. Zoobia Farooq kitchen is making this recipe in a very easy way, there are lots of different karahi recipes, and white mutton karahi is really tasty and yummy to eat, You will use below Ingredients to make Mutton karahi.

INGREDIENTS to make White Mutton Karahi:

Mutton 1 kg 

Onion (chopped) 1 medium size

Oil 2- 3 tbsp

Cumin seeds 1 tsp

Garlic paste 1 tbsp 

Ginger paste 1 tbsp

Coriander powder 1.5 tbsp

Green chili 1-2

Cloves 3-4

Whole black pepper 6-8

Black pepper & white pepper 1 tbsp

Salt (to taste)

Fresh cream ½ cup

DIRECTIONS to make White Mutton Karahi :

1.In a pan, add 1 kg of mutton add 3 glass of water and boil, add 3-4 cloves, Salt (to taste), cover and boil till mutton get tender on medium to low flame.

2.Heat a pan and add some oil add onion fry till golden brown, add cumin seeds 1 tsp, Garlic paste 1 tbsp, ginger paste 1 tbsp, Coriander powder 1.5 tbsp, Green chili 1-2, Green chili 1-Cloves 3-4, Whole black pepper 6-8, Black pepper & white pepper 1 tbsp, mix well and add boiled meat and mix well again, cover for 10-15 minutes on medium flame.

3.Remove the cover and add Salt (to taste), Fresh cream ½ cup, mix well.

4. cover for 5-10 minutes again on low flame.
