Ingredients :

• Chicken Half Kg

• Oil ¼ Cup

• Yogurt 1 Cup

• Tomatoes 4

• Green Chili 3-4

• Julienne Cut Ginger 1 Tbsp

• Lemon Juice 1 Tbsp

• Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tbsp

• Roasted & Crushed Coriander 2 Tbsp

• Roasted & Crushed Cumin 1 Tbsp

• Crushed Black Pepper 1 Tbsp

• Salt 1 Tsp Or To Taste

Method : 

• Put a wok on medium flame

• Add oil and heat

• Add chicken and fry in golden color

• Remove chicken from oil and set aside

• In same oil add tomatoes , cover and cook till tomato done

• Mash tomatoes with spoon

• Add ginger garlic paste and mix well

• Add fry chicken and yogurt , cover and cook till chicken done completely

• Add black pepper , salt , coriander , cumin and mix well

• Add lemon juice and mix well

• Add ginger and green chili , cover and simmer for 2 minutes
