The chicken is first deep fried in cooking oil then salt and ginger garlic paste is added. remove the excess oil from chicken. But leave oil liberally. Then add green chili
followed by tomato. Once tomato cooked remove the tomato skin. Then add the spices like cumin powder, black and green cardamom, black and white pepper, coriander powder.
Ingredients Used:
1/2 KG Chicken
1 tbs Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tsp Salt
Half tsp Red Chilli Powder
Half tsp Karahi Masala
Half tsp Corriander Powder
Half tsp Whole Spice Powder
4 Tomato
Half Cup Butter
4 Green Chillies
2 tbs Corriander Leave
