How To Make Panjiri. Let’s we make a healthy and nutritional supplement “Panjeeri” specially made in winters for centuries; there are many ways to make it, here is our version. Panjiri is a Winter special healthy dessert. A few tablespoons of this dessert keep a person warm and full of energy in the cold Winter months. Every household has its own recipe for panjiri. In the video is shared a recipe that makes delicious panjiri with a shelf life of several months. The ingredients have been optimized for best results. Just be cautious, the panjiri is highly addictive!! You eat one spoon and you want lots more!! The dessert is healthy and rich at the same time. Portion control is highly recommended!!

Ingredients:

1: Whole wheat flour/ Gheoun ka atta 2 cups
2: 1 Cup Clarified Butter
3: Sugar/ Jaggery/Shakkar 1 cup or as per choice
4: Almonds/Badam/Pistachio 1/2 cup

Directions:

1 : Add Heat Clarified Butter 
2 : Add Dry Fruits fry for 2 mints
3 : Seperate It Then Add Whole wheat flour Cook till light Golden
4 : Add Powder Sugar Cook for 3 to 4 Mints
5 : Now Add Fried Dry Fruits
6 : Now Panjeeri is Ready
