Bhindi Fry Recipe. In this Bhindi Fry Recipe I have shown step by step process to make Crispy Bhindi Fry. This Easy Bhindi Fry Recipe aka Crispy Bhindi Fry requires very less ingredients and simple steps make it easy even for beginners to follow. I haven't used onion in this Crispy Bhindi Fry Recipe which makes it a Pakistani recipe. This recipe of कुरकुरी भिंडी (Bhindi fry) by Zoobia Farooq details the authentic way of making delicious bhendi fry. 

Preparation time-30 minutes

Serving-3

Ingredients:

Okra/bhindi-1000 gm(washed, dried and chopped)

Dry red chilli-2

Cumin seeds-1 tsp

Turmeric powder-1/3 tsp

Salt to taste

Cooking oil-5 to 6 tbsp

Method:

- Firstly, chop the bhindis into four parts as shown in the video

- Fry the bhindi in hot oil, till the bhindi gets brown colour.

- In a bowl, take the fried bhindis and add coriander seeds powder, mix masala & salt.

- Toss the bhindis well and enjoy!
