# Welcome to My City Food Secret:

Chicken Cheese Tikka is much tastier then any other malai boti recipe. I made it with bone chicken Leg piece. Thigh piece makes it more juicy and delicious. I made cheese Tikka two times last week with two different cooking method. First time I broiled in oven and second time cook on frying pan with little oil. Both cooking method gave it an excellent result. It goes great with Parathas and Tamarind Dip (Imli ki Chutney). Creamy chicken Malai Tikka...Chicken Malai Tikka recipe is one to try out if you want to have a fancy dinner or want to impress your family members. This is very easy to prepare and gives you unique taste of CHicken.

Ingredients 

Chicken tikka cut lgaln

4 tbl spn sirka

2 tbl spn Lemon juice

3 tbl spn tikka masala

2 cheese slices

2 tbl spn oil

1 tbl spn adrak lehsun pest

Take a marination bowl. Add chicken Tikka (1-2 inch), ginger garlic paste, chilli flakes, greek yoghurt, salt & cream.

Mix well. Keep aside chicken to marinate for about 1 hour.

Heat oil in the pan. Add marinated chicken. Simmer for around 10 minutes. Take chicken tikkas out in the serving plate.

Take another pan. Add double cream & mayonnaise. Mix well & Cook for 1 minute.

Garnish chicken tikkas with sauce. Sprinkle some oregano and chilli flakes and serve hot. Enjoy this amazing recipe with friends.
