Ingredients:

- Mixture:

• 1 cup boiled & shredded chicken

• 1 small onion (chopped)

• 1 tbsp soya sauce

• 1/2 tsp salt or as per taste

• 1 tsp black pepper powder

• Oil as needed

• 2 Tbs Corn Flour 

• 1 Glass Milk

• 2 Tbs Green Chilli Paste

• 1 Tbs Vineger 

• 1 tsp Cumin Powder

- Sandwich:

• Bread

• Oil

• Sandwich crafter

• 4 Eggs

• 2 Cup Bread Crumbs

Ingredients 

Sandwich Bread

Oil

To Cook The Chicken 

Chicken - 200 Gms

Salt 

Pepper

Garlic - 1 tbs

To Make Chicken Filling

Oil - 2 Tsp

Gunger & Garlic - 1 Tsp Paste

Onion - 1 Small Chopped

Shredded Chicken 

Salt - 1/4 Tsp

Pepper 

Green Chili Sauce - 1 Tbsp

Chicken Filling 

Method:

1. Let the chicken come to room temperature, shred the chicken and keep them aside 

3. Heat a pan with butter or oil, add garlic, onions and saute them 

5. Add the shredded chicken pieces, salt, pepper, cumin, milk and corn flour Cook untill thick.

.Filling is Ready Take a bread slice, Cut them in round shape spread the chicken mixture onto the bread

10. Cover it with another slice of bread coat it with eggs and bread crumbs now ready for frying.

11. Heat oil pan with deep frying.

12. Place the sandwich into it and fry till golden on both side

13. Serve it hot with some ketchup and chips
