Eid Special Beef Korma. A very special recipe for a very traditional Pakistani/Indian party dish. Shadiyon wala Qorma is extremely popular dish in Pakistan, India and other south Asian countries. Super tender pieces of meat, covered with special masala and the unique aroma makes this dish irresistible. Follow this step by step easy recipe and make it like professional. Ingredients for onion Paste:

1 & ½ cup Fried onion

½ cup Yogurt

3 Green cardamom

½ cup water

Ingredients for beef korma:

1kg Beef 

¾ cup Oil

2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste

1 tbsp Whole spice

1 cup Yogurt

Water as required

Salt to taste

2 tsp Red chili powder

1 tsp Coriander powder

2 tbsp Ginger to garnish

1 tbsp Coriander to garnish

Directions:

- In a blender add yogurt, green cardamom, fried onion and water. Mix it well.

- Now heat the oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste, sauté it, add whole spice & beef, mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes, add water, cover it with lid and let it cook until beef tenders 90%. (Add water if required).

- Add yogurt, salt, red chili powder & coriander powder, mix and cook for 2-3 minutes.

- Add onion paste mix it well, cook for 3-4 minutes.

- Cover the lid with & cook for 5 minutes on medium low flame.

- Sprinkle ginger and coriander and serve with Naan.
