Refreshing and healthy Falsa Juice Recipe. Phalsa or Falsa is a summer berry that in Pakistan and India. This tiny berry has a big seed and less of flesh. But the taste is sweet n fruity sour but addictive. Best way to consume is to sprinkle with some salt and black salt and eat them. But its sherbet has to be made fresh and consumed fresh. It has a very refreshing taste at the same time helps fight heat strokes, help the stomach in digestion and induces hunger. 

Ingredients:

- Water 2 cups

- Falsa 2 cups

- Sugar 2 Tablespoon

- Ice cubes

- Black Salt To taste 

Directions:

- Wash falsa properly. In a blender add falsa, sugar and ice cubes and blend well

- Take a bowl and strain the mixture and add black salt and mix well.

- Delicious falsa juice is ready to serve.

Falsa Juice Recipe in Urdu:

Ajza:

- Pani 2 cup

- Falsa 2 cup

- Cheeni 2 khanay ke chamach

- Ice cubes

- Kala namak hasbe zaika

Bananay ka tareeka:

- Falsay achi tarah dho len. Blender main pani, falsay, cheeni or ice cubes shamil krain.

- Ache se blend Karen. Phir Juice ko chaan len aur kala namak shamil Karen.

- Aap ka falsay ka juice paish krne k liye tayar hai.
