Delicious Chicken Masala Recipe. Delicious Chicken Masala is one of my favourite dishes, and this recipe is the Lahore! Everything is made in the same pan, so the flavour of the meat transfers into the curry making for a meaty, rich, and creamy sauce that is to die for. This is one of those recipes that I guarantee you'll make again and again for years to come :)

Ingredients

500 gms chicken
For rice
Salt as required
1/2 Cup oil
2 green cardamom
1 black cardamom
1 inch cinnamon
8 black pepper corn
4 cloves
1/4 tsp turmeric
2 tbsp chilli pwd
1/2 tsp garma masla powder
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 large onion (golden fry)
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
Garnish
Mint leaves & coriander

Method
- In a pan heat oil thenadd onion till golden

- Now add chicken fry 4 mints-

- Add ginger garlic paste. tomato cook for 2 mints

-Now add all spices and cook for 2 mints

-Low lid and cook on medium flame till its done

- Garnish it with fresh mint and fresh coriander

- Delicious Chicken Masala to be served
