Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Oil
2 Onions, sliced
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Cup Curd
1 tbsp Red Chilli powder
1/4 Tsp Cumin seed powder
1/4 Tbs Turmeric powder
1/2 Tbs Coriander powder
1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic paste
500 gms Chicken
2 Green Cardamom
7 Black Pepper
4-5 Cloves
1 Cinnamon stick
Ginger, juliennes
1 Star Anise

Method of preparation:
Heat oil in a vessel, add onion, fry t until it turns golden brown.
Switch off the flame, let the onions cool, crushed.
Add checken in Heat oil in a vessel, cook for 5 mint
Add ginger garlic paste & all spics cook fro 2 mints.
Add crushed onion and Yoghurt and Close the lid and cook it on low flame for 8 mins.
give it a final mix and our Chicken Korma is ready to serve.
