Caramel Kheer Recipe. Kheer is one of the authentic traditional dessert recipe of India and pakistan It is made often during occasion and festivals. Caramel rice kheer is an amazing delicious recipe with caramel flavour and thus emits scrumptious taste which attracts all the sweet lovers. Ingredients for caramel Kheer
Milk (full cream) - 1 litre
Rice (soaked) - ¼ cup (50 grams)
Sugar - ½ cup (100 grams)
Green Cardamoms - 4
How to make caramel Kheer
1- Take a liter of milk in a vessel and boil it on high flame.
2- Stir it once or twice in between of process.
3- After boiling the milk, add a ¼ cup of soaked rice to it and stir it.
4- Cook until it reaches to the thicker consistency and rice melts.
5- Kheer will be cooked after half an hour.
6- Preheat a pan, add a ½ cup of sugar to it and cook on medium to high flame.
7- Stir and cook until sugar dissolves in it.
8- Cook while stirring it furiously and until it melts.
9- After the sugar melts well and becomes brown then switch off the flame.
10- Mix some water to it and cover it.
11- Switch on the flame, add it the Kheer and cook while stirring it.
12- Caramel Kheer is ready to be served.

1- You can serve it hot or cold as per you desire.
