Basic Indian and pakistani Style Egg Omelette is a tasty and quick omelette made using eggs and few other ingredients and with their deep flavour, they really lift this elegant and soft omelette to another level. Outrageously simple, but packing such a great amount of flavour. There, you'll also find dozens of recipes and videos that will teach you how to make delicious meals.

METHOD

1.In a bowl add eggs - 2

2.To this add

Chopped onion - 2 tablespoon

Chopped green chilies - 2

Salt - as required

Red chili powder - 1/4 teaspoon

Turmeric powder - 3 pinches

Few coriander leaves

Mix it and beat egg well till bubbles form

3.Bubbles make our omelette fluffy

4.Heat oil - 1 1/2 tablespoon in a pan and then add beaten egg to it

5.Cook for a minutes then flip omelette and cook for a minute or two on other side

6.Tasty omelette is ready
