Kashmiri Daal chawal every one's favourite recipe in all seasons. we love to eat daal chawal it never gets u bored and it never ever bcomes old. no matter how old or modern you are but daal chawal is a favorite dish. making daal chawal is very easy in this video you can learn how easy it is to make yummy daal with zeera rice easy simple and quick. The Kashmiri cuisine Daal is made from Channa and Masoor lentils. It is cooked for several hours with spices and a dash of garlic and ginger fried in vegetable oil or desi ghee separately is added to give the Daal aroma and taste. Tasty Daal Chawal Step By Step Recipe is very simple to make at home for your family and friends gathering, Homemade delicious dal chval dish is made by using many healthy ingredients and its method is also very simple in step by step. It is cooked by using red & yellow lentil with basmati rice, but you can also use many of other lentil variations to make it different recipe.

Ingredients:
-Moong daal (Split yellow lentil) ½ Cup (soaked for 1 hour)
-Masoor daal (Split orange lentil) ½ Cup (soaked for 1 hour)
-Pani (Water) 1 litre
-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) 1 tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 & ½ tsp
-Oil 4 tbs
-Chawal (Rice) Basmati sella 2 Cups soaked for 30 minutes
-Pani (Water) 4-5 Cups
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Tamatar (Tomato) chopped 1 
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 2-3 tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chilies) chopped 1-2 
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp
-Onion ( Piyaz) 1 
-Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 5
-Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp

Directions:
-in a Pressure Cooker Add Oil, Onion Fry For 2 Mints
-Add Ginger Garlic Paste and Tomato Fry 2-3 Mints
-Add All Spices Cook For One Mints
-Add Soaked Lentils, One Glass Water Close the Lid and Cook it 4-5 Mints
-Open the Lid Now make Tadrqa in Fry Pan add Garlic Cloves Fry Till Golden.
-Now Add The Tardqa on the Lentils Sprinkle Some Corriander Leaves and Masla
