Ingredients Used:
Half KG Beef
1 tsp Fennel Seeds
3 tbs Ginger Powder
2 Black Cardamom
2 Cinnamon Stick
2 Green Cardamom
1 tbs Ginger Garlic Paste
2 Onion
4 tbs Flour ( Roasted )
3 tbs Corriander Leaves
1 Inch Ginger
2 Green Chilli
Half tsp Turmeric Powder
Half tsp Salt
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Directions:
1 : Add Beef, Salt, 1 glass Water in Pressure Cooker & Steam For 25 Mints
2 : Now Beef is Fully Tender
3 : Heat Oil in Pan and Add Onion fry till Golden
4 : Now Add Beef Cook for 3-4 Mints
5 : Now Add Ginger Garlic Paste Cook for 1 mints
6 : Add All Spices Cook for 1 Mints
7 : Add Water mix well and cook for 25 mints on low
8 : Now Make Paste with flour & Water
9 : Add Paste and cook 5 mints
7 : Now Beef Nehari is Ready
