Ingredients:
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tbs or to taste
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1/4 tsp
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Chicken wings (with skin) ½ kg
-Oil 1 Cup
-Chinese Salt Halp tsp
-Black Pepper Powder Half tsp
-All Purpose Flour 1 Cup
-Cornflour 2 tbs
-Eggs
Directions:
-In Bowl, Ginger Garlic Paste,Red Chili Powder,Salt, Cumin Powder, Lemon Juice, Black Pepper Powder, Chinese Salt, And mix well.
-Add chicken wings,mix well and marinate for 30 Mints.
-Coat In All Purpose Flour And Cornflour Mixture Dip in Eggs.
-In frying pan,add oil and Add Coated chicken wings,fry from both sides.
-Cook on low flame until chicken is done.
-Serve with green raita.
