Mint Onion Tomato Raita. This is Onion Tomato Cucumber Raita is a famous side dish which goes well with biryanis, pulaos, khichdi or any rice dish. They are easy to make and very nutritious. One of the most popular raitas in both North and South India and Pakistani , the Tomato Onion Raita combines the tangy taste of tomatoes with the sharp taste and juicy crunch of onions, to make a fabulous raita. A dash of cumin seeds powder, some green chillies and a garnish of coriander go a long way in making this raita totally irresistible. The Pakistani variant includes a tempering of mustard seeds and red chillies, for a bit more spice! 1 Cup Yoghurt
1 Onion Chopped
1 Tomato Chopped
2 Tbs Mint Leaves
2 tbs Coriander Leaves
Salt (As Required ) 


Method

making onion tomato raita is very easy. finely chop all the ingredients 
onion, tomato, mint leaves or coriander leaves. then mix them well with curd 
seasoned with salt and some spice powders. while serving top the raita with mint or coriander leaves.
