How To Make Mutton Achari Mutton. Achari Gosht Recipe or Achari Mutton is a wonderful yet rare cuisine of Pakistani which is cooked with mutton bringing out pickled flavors or achari flavors into it. Ingredients: 

- Achar Gosht Masala:
• Salt 1 Tsp
• Red Chili ½ Tsp
• Black Cardamom
• Chili Flakes 1 Tsp
• Red Chilli Powder 1 tbs
• Turmeric 1/4 Tsp
• Coriander Leaves Crushed 1 Tbs
• Onion 4 
- Yogurt 1 Cup
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tbs
- Mutton 1 Kg
- Green Chilies 4
- Oil Half Cup 
- Tomatoes 3 
- Water 1 Cup Or As Required
- Cinnamon Stick 1

Directions:

1 : in pressure cooker add Mutton,Ginger Garlic Paste, Onion, Tomatoes, Salt,
Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric, Black Cardamom, Cinnamon Stick, 
2 : Add one glass of water Cook it for 20 mints 
3 : after opening Transfer it to a pen 
4 : Add Half cup oil and cook it for 7 to 8 mints
5 : Add Achar Gosht Masala Cook it for 1 mints
6 : Add Yogurt Cook it for 3 to 4 mints 
7 : Garnish it With Green Chilli, Coriander Leaves.
