How To Make Mutton Achari Mutton. Achari Gosht Recipe or Achari Mutton is a wonderful yet rare cuisine of Pakistani which is cooked with mutton bringing out pickled flavors or achari flavors into it. Different versions of Achari Gosht Recipe can be made but the key ingredients into making this dish would be onion seeds, fenugreek seeds, fennel seeds as these ingredients give the pickled flavors to the dish. The flavors of the dish are a bit spicy as in any pickle but the taste may vary depending on whether we are adding onions or tomatoes or yogurt. Ingredients: 

- Achar Gosht Masala:
• Salt 1 Tsp
• Red Chili ½ Tsp
• Black Cardamom
• Chili Flakes 1 Tsp
• Red Chilli Powder 1 tbs
• Turmeric 1/4 Tsp
• Coriander Leaves Crushed 1 Tbs
• Onion 4 
- Yogurt 1 Cup
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tbs
- Mutton 1 Kg
- Green Chilies 4
- Oil Half Cup 
- Tomatoes 3 
- Water 1 Cup Or As Required
- Cinnamon Stick 1

Directions:

1 : in pressure cooker add Mutton,Ginger Garlic Paste, Onion, Tomatoes, Salt,
Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric, Black Cardamom, Cinnamon Stick, 
2 : Add one glass of water Cook it for 20 mints 
3 : after opening Transfer it to a pen 
4 : Add Half cup oil and cook it for 7 to 8 mints
5 : Add Achar Gosht Masala Cook it for 1 mints
6 : Add Yogurt Cook it for 3 to 4 mints 
7 : Garnish it With Green Chilli, Coriander Leaves.
