Ingredients
Mustard leaves(Sarson leaves)-
Spinach (palak)-
Bathua leaves(optional)
Chopped green chilli
Corn/maize/makka flour
Desi Ghee
Directions:
1 : In Pressure Cooker add Mustard leaves, Spinach, Bathua leaves,
Water, Salt, Green Chilli Cook for 5 Mints
2 : Pressure Cook It 20 Mints
3 : Evaporate The Water
4 : Add 5 tbs Flour & Mix Well cook for 5 mints
5 : Heat Oil and add 6 Chopped Garlic & 1 inch Ginger fry till Golden
6 : Add Lemon Juice cook for 1 mint
7 : Now Chicken Sarson Ka Saag is Ready
8 : Eat And Enjoy
