Shahi Mater Pulao Recipe. Shahi Mater Pulao Recipe is the most tasty & delicious of all Pulao recipes.It is a mixture of cooked vegetables & spices even with onion & garlic.It is also called Vegetable Biryani or Mixed Vegetable. I made this recipe in easy style with a twist. Do try it at home,its very special & amazing, Vegetable pulav is a very simple and easy recipe. This can be a one pot meal if you don’t have time to cook or need to cook at short notice. We are making pulav directly in pressure cooker. Ingredients:

• Half Cup tbs Oil

• 1 tsp Cumin seeds

• Cinnamon stick 2

• Few Cloves

• 1 finely Sliced Onion

• 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste

• Green Peas 1 Cup

• Half Kg washed and soaked Basamati rice

• Water

• A few Cashew nuts

• Salt to taste

• Tomato 2 

• Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp

Method:

• Heat up oil fry Cashew nuts 1-2 Mints and Take it out

• Add onion and fry for about 3-4 minutes until it turns just soft. 

• Add ginger- garlic paste Fry for about 

a minute. Now add Peas fry for 2 mints 

now add Tomato

• Now add Tomato add cumin seeds, cinnamon 

stick, cloves, slat, red chilli

• Fry the khada masala just for 30-40 seconds until they release 

their flavors. 

• Add Water and When the water comes boil.

• Drain all the water and add it. Mix rice well with Peas.

• Close the lid and Steam cook it 10 mints.

• Open the lid and loosen up rice with fork.

• Add fried cashew nuts.

• This Shahi Mater Pulao well as it is. 

• It also goes well with any little hot raita.
