This is my go-to chicken curry recipe. In the most traditional sense, you call this curry Boneless Handi. Handi is vessel (usually terracotta) in which this dish is traditionally cooked. But the vessel does not matter. All that matters is the technique behind that restaurant-style curry. Learn as I show you how to make an authentic Chicken boneless Handi right at home! Trust me, this recipe is easy to master!

Ingredients:

-Hari mirch (Green chilies) 4-5

-Dahi (Yogurt) 1/2 Cup

-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs

-Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste

-Chicken boneless cubes 2 inch ½ kg

-Oil Half Cup

-Hara dhania (Green coriander) chopped 2 tbs

-Ginger Juilienne 1 inch

-Red Chilli Powder Half tsp

-Corriander Powder Half tsp

-Cumin Powder Half tsp

-Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp

-Onion 2 

-Tomato 2

Directions:

-In handi,add oil,onion Fry for 2 to 3 mints

-Add Ginger Garlic Paste Cook for 30 second

-Add Tomato cook for 3 mints 

-Add Chicken and all spices fry for 7-8 Mints

-Now Add yoghurt -Cover and cook until chicken is done and oil separates (low flame 5-8 minutes).

-Garnish with Ginger, Green Chilli and Coriander Leaves.

-Chicken boneless handi is ready,serve with naan.
