Mutton Do Pyaza Recipe. Afghan dish. It is prepared with a large amount of onions, both cooked in the spices and curry and as a garnish. Onions are added at two stages during cooking, hence the name ("two onions" Dari). The dish usually contains a meat, usually beef, chicken, lamb, mutton, or shrimp; however, it can also be prepared in a vegetarian style. Mutton Do Pyaza recipe is made of goat meat and spiced with onions spices. Mutton Do Pyaza is also know as Gost Do Pyaza. Mutton Do Pyaza is a main course recipe. Make this winter special nutritious mutton recipe and stay fit in this Hot weather. 

Ingredients:-

500 gram mutton

3 medium size onion chopped

2 medium size tomatoes chopped

1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp coriander powder

1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder

1/3 tsp turmeric powder

1/2 tsp garam masala powder

1 tsp cumin powder

1 tsp Kasuri methi

1 tsp salt

2 bay leaves

2 inch cinnamon stick

4 green cardamom

1 black cardamom

8-10 pepper corn

1/2 tsp cumin seeds

2 green chillies

2-3 tbsp coriander leaves

1/3 cup of oil

FOR TADKA:-

1 MEDIUM size onion cut into cubes

2 green chillies

4 red chili

1 Inch ginger Julian

1/2 tsp coriander seeds.

1/4 cup of oil
