Laziza Kheer Mix Recipe. Kheer or Firni is a rice pudding, originating from the pakistani and Indian subcontinent, made by boiling milk and sugar with one of the following: rice, broken wheat, tapioca, vermicelli, sweet corn, etc. It is flavoured with cardamom, raisins, saffron, cashews, pistachios, almonds or other dry fruits and nuts. So now you can finally make your own instant kheer mix at home. And the taste would be unlike any other kheer you have ever had. Its perfect for any occasion and best of all, you can make it in 10 mins.

-Kheer Mix 1 Packet
-Doodh (Milk) 1 litre
-Pista (Pistachio)


Directions:
Prepare Creamy Kheer:
-In wok,add milk,homemade instant kheer mix,whisk continuously and cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes or until desired thickness.
-Garnish with pistachio,almonds & serve!
